 |  |  For those children designated by Child Protective Services (CPS) for reunification, our program  proposes not only to use family counseling but to raise funds to provide parents with some of the same loving care in a weekly educational/counseling/activities program. Educational materials, support and assistance with CPS treatment plans will be offered birth parents whenever approved by County Social Workers. Children and foster parents will occasionally be included in the same educational/counseling activities. There Is Hope will provide meaningful assessment of both children and birth parents and use of a multidimensional, coordinated program effort to achieve significant results in both children and parents. |
